FunPawsie Return and Exchange Policy

We at FunPawsie are committed to providing the best experience to our customers. It's important to us that you're fully satisfied with your purchases. Below, you'll find our most up-to-date Return and Exchange policy, and we recommend you review this page regularly. 1. General Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us at services@funpawsie.com. Our team will respond within one business day and shipping information will be provided. To ensure prompt attention to your request, kindly mark the email subject line as "exchange" or "return". Before you send back any items, we ask you to contact us to generate a processing number, which is crucial to accurately track your shipment. Without this number, we might have to return your shipment, which we would like to avoid.

2. Return and Exchange Guidelines

If you find that our products do not meet your expectations, we'll happily facilitate an exchange or provide a store credit for qualifying purchases within 30 days, excluding shipping and handling charges. To be eligible for return/exchange, the product needs to be in its original, unspoiled condition, with all tags attached. We regret that we can't accept returns of used or damaged products. Rest assured, we'll examine all returned items carefully, and if they are not in a resalable condition, we may not be able to approve the return.

3. Exclusions and Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These include:

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale. These items are usually marked with a sale tag or are included in a sales event like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Flash Sale, Spring Sale, Warehouse Sale, or other promotions.
  • Exclusive Items: Items such as Mystery Boxes and other seasonal releases that are marked as exclusive are final sale. These are special items created for specific occasions, and we can't accept returns or exchanges for them.
  • Gift Card Purchases: Purchases made with a gift card are final.
  • Customized Orders: Custom orders, including items with added components (like a 10-foot leash or a different buckle), are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as these are specifically tailored to your needs.
  • Hygiene-related items: For sanitary reasons, we can't offer exchanges or refunds for pet apparel such as harnesses, bow ties, bandanas, beds, and play tents/Teepees.

4. Order Cancellation

Our order fulfillment process is automated. Therefore, it may not be possible to cancel an order once it has been processed. If your order status is shipped or fulfilled, it means we can't cancel it at that stage.

5. Returning Products

Before you return any product, please obtain approval from us at services@funpawsie.com by quoting your order number. The request will be processed within 2 business days. We regret that we can't refund unapproved returns. Returns that qualify for a refund will be processed within 7 business days. As part of our commitment to keep our products affordable, we do not provide complimentary return shipping labels. You'll need to cover the cost of return shipping. 

6. Non-Deliverable Items

For any items that can't be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, we're unable to issue refunds. If your package is returned to us because it exceeded the maximum holding period by our shipping partners, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

7. Product Exchange

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days at services@funpawsie.com. You can exchange for a different patterned product of equal or lesser value within seven days of your receipt of the original item(s).

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at services@funpawsie.com and provide your order number. We'll gladly assist with a replacement or exchange of the item.
