We consider a package delivered when the courier's tracking website confirms that it has been delivered to the designated address. For added proof, the courier will provide photograph(s) showing the package at the designated delivery location. To enhance the security of your deliveries, if you have access to a more secure delivery point, such as a leasing office or reception, please indicate this preferred delivery location in your shipping address details at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and secure delivery instructions to prevent theft or loss. Please be aware that our store is not responsible for package theft once the courier confirms delivery to the designated address, as evidenced by tracking information and delivery photographs provided by the courier. We encourage customers to choose delivery locations wisely and provide specific instructions if a safer delivery option is available.
